Delivery time and tracking
We process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, making it easy to track your delivery. Tracking is activated shortly after the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Delayed delivery or problems with your order
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time or if you encounter any problems, you are always welcome to contact us. We offer a full refund in the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery. Returns can be made within 30 days, provided that the item is in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We recommend that the return is sent by trackable shipment.
Cancel an order
You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped. If the order is already on its way, our return policy applies.
