When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount including any shipping. We accept several secure payment methods: Klarna, Swish, Stripe, PayPal, etc. All orders are confirmed via email.

5. Delivery

We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days. Delivery times for other EU countries vary. Free shipping applies within Sweden unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & complaints

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in new condition. For complaints and returns, please contact support@elvix.se .
